We got together with the Moody family before Christmas and I’m just getting to blog these. I should be fired!! We had so much fun with these guys. I actually knew Gina from volleyball. She used to coach for the team I played for a while back… in AZ . She saw our blog and wanted us to do her family photos but we had just moved here to Georgia. Luckily…the location Bryce continued to do his medical schooling was Atlanta! The day and lighting we did the shoot was so perfect and so were their kids. It was so nice to see some AZ faces.
Thanks Moody family! Can’t wait to get together soon…I’m thinking Stone Mt. or something.![]()

We had such a great time hanging with the malans. There was lots of giggling, lots of chasing, lots of playing peek-a-boo, and of course…suckers for bribes.
They were such a rad family to photograph and even cooler when they took us out for dinner afterwards. haha. we absolutely love this family and hope there will be many more get-togethers to come. Thanks Malans.

I love everything about this picture.
Warning….do not take a sucker away from Finn. Haha.![]()

We love this family. You might recognize this beautiful gal Leah from our blog post of her maternity photos. Yep, baby is here and they needed to update their family photos. It’s become a tradition for me and Dan to fly out to Salt Lake City each fall and hang with the Millers. They’re the kind of friends that will agree to trade family pictures for Cafe Rio and hand massages…oh, and they let us crash at their house for the weekend.
What can I say? We are easy to please. haha. Can’t wait until we get to meet up again. Thanks Millers! We love you guys.![]()

Haha! Classic Jack. He was such a good sport.![]()

Let’s just say…we totally love these two. Kaitlin and Ryan are plain rad. When we were emailing back and forth working out the details about wardrobe and location, Kaitlin made the comment, “Sorry this is so new to us, we don’t really know what to do.” My reply was, “What the heck?! If Dan and I had your faces we would do shoots of ourselves all the time!” haha!
We were so excited for their engagement session and couldn’t be happier with the way their pictures turned out. Seriously, these photos don’t even begin to explain how awesome these two are. We are so happy for you guys and wish you the best.![]()

We’ve been anticipating this post since we did Chandler and Jeremy’s shoot a few weeks ago. Dan and I met these two this last summer when we photographed Chandler’s family reunion. They weren’t engaged at the time but not too long after the reunion we received word that a wedding was comin.
They are a gorgeous couple and we are crazy excited to be the photographers at this talented bride and groom’s wedding. We were so happy they were willing to drive down to ATL from Nashville… where both are studying their second loves after each other… music! The piano almost broke Dan’s back but it was perfect!!
So fitting for them. I’ve heard Chandler sing and Jeremy play the guitar and let me tell you…we will be famous someday for taking their pictures.![]()
